Some Cosmetics Contain Toxic Chemicals
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A bill was introduced in Congress Tuesday to regulate cosmetics that may contain hazardous chemicals. The Safe Cosmetics Act of 2010 gives the Food and Drug Administration authority to make sure cosmetics and other products are free of toxic ingredients.
